Orders, Shipping, and Returns Policies

The Keeping Home Shop contains four types of goods: digital products (downloads), print-on-demand products (printed and shipped by a fulfillment company), physical products shipped by me (such as handmade goods or used items), and affiliate/linked/recommended products (linked to but not sold by Keeping Home).

Digital Products

Digital products include printables and other documents. Anything that is not a physical product and is sold by Keeping Home.


Please make sure you will be able to access, download, open, and use the type of file(s) included in the digital product before ordering. Unless otherwise specified digital products are either PDF files or .zip files (containing PDFs). Some files may be large and take a long time to download on slow connections.

International Orders: I am not able to accept orders from outside the United States at this time. I’m sorry!

Digital products are available for download/access immediately after purchase.


Due to the nature of digital products they not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Print On Demand Products

Products that are designed by me and printed/shipped by a fulfillment company.


Orders are processed by Keeping Home.

International Orders: I am not able to accept orders from outside the United States at this time. I’m sorry!


Products are shipped directly from the print provider.


Due to the custom nature of these products (they are printed just for you after you order), I am not able to accept returns or exchanges on any Print on Demand products at this time. If the product is defective, please contact me so that I can contact the print provider about the issue.

Physical Products (Other Than Print-on-Demand)

These are products that I ship from my home, such as handmade goods, fabric or supplies, or used items.


In many cases, these are one-of-a-kind items (I only have one). They are often pre-owned, and sometimes actually used. Please review the product information carefully before ordering.

International Orders: I am not able to accept orders from outside the United States at this time. I’m sorry!


At this time, I can only ship within the United States (international shipping is a lot more complicated!).

Actually, domestic shipping is complicated too, especially with the various non-standardized stock that I will be likely to have. Please be patient with me as I try to do shipping effectively, efficiently, and at a fair price.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (by you, obviously!) and in the same condition that you received it. If it was in original packaging, it must also be in the original packaging when you return it.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please contact me first, for return authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Affiliate/Linked/Recommended Products

These products are not sold or shipped by Keeping Home. They are sold by other other businesses. They are labeled as recommended or suggested products.

Links are most likely affiliate links, which means that Keeping Home may receive a commission (or other reward) on any purchases you make (or in some cases, other actions you take). This is at no additional cost to you.

I cannot guarantee that information on this site about these products is completely up-to-date and have nothing to do with orders. I’m just letting you know about the products. It’s like a bit of personal shopping assistance for you!
